We think it’s important to take a stand. And there are a few key things we stand for. They’re like our values – we just didn’t want to call them values!
Happiness
Happiness is vital to wellbeing and we feel it’s in short supply at the moment. So we concentrate on making people happy. That applies to our customers, our team and even society too: we’re a force for good and we always do the right thing, even when it’s really annoying to do the right thing.
Honesty
We’re completely transparent with our customers and with each other. We tell it like it is, not what we think people want to hear. A culture of honesty and integrity means not being afraid to stick our heads above the parapet and call out practices we don’t believe in. If we get our heads shot at then, fine, we’ll wear helmets.
Bravery
We challenge ideas, ourselves and the status quo. We take risks and push the boundaries of what’s possible. What we’re trying to achieve might not be the easiest path, but it’s the right one, and that’s why we’ll defend it.
